This is a scene from Silver lake in the middle of the Olympic Mountains in Washington State. Being from the Seattle area, I had typically spent my time hiking and backpacking in the Cascade Mountain range. This was my first time backpacking in the Olympics. In this particular scene, we were enjoying a game of Bocci Ball, on the grass, in the sunshine, when all of a sudden the clouds rushed in and covered the sky in gray. Creating this ominous scene.
